Professional Service Restrictions

You may not create chatbots that provide:

  • Medical advice: Diagnosis, treatment, or health recommendations
  • Legal advice: Legal counsel or representation
  • Financial advice: Investment or tax advice
  • Emergency services: Crisis intervention or emergency response

Technical Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated scripts to extract data
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
  • Interfere with other users' service
  • Overload our systems with excessive requests

3. AI Chatbot Guidelines

Training Data Requirements

When training your chatbot:

  • Only use content you own or have permission to use
  • Ensure training data is accurate and appropriate
  • Remove personal information from training content
  • Avoid biased or discriminatory content

Response Monitoring

You are responsible for:

  • Monitoring your chatbot's responses
  • Implementing safeguards against harmful outputs
  • Providing clear AI disclaimers
  • Responding to user complaints promptly

4. Enforcement

Consequences for Violations

Policy violations may result in:

  • Warning notices
  • Content removal requirements
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination

Appeal Process

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 30 days by contacting support@chatandguide.com with supporting documentation.
